To Angels there, the pure epitome of love

For the children, no one can be above..


Time flies, you see it by clock's gaze?

Do it by seeing wrinkles on her face..


Wanted to know what motivation truly feels like?

See mother's smile when she delivers baby alike..


You want to see how justice looks like?

See mom sharing her love to all alike


Which is the brightest ray of light you've seen?

Well, look deeply in eyes of home's queen..


What's the best scent you've smelled in life?

It's off back of her scarf, ever alive...


What is "next to pain"? How does it feel?

When mom had accident, I could hardly deal..


What is True love? Answer is quite deep

Mom coming to bed to see you sleep


You know what's the biggest loss of life?

Ask the person whose mother is not alive


A life-long lesson, right, are you curious?

Be like her, a reason for everyone's happiness..

"Resilience", (noun), "the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties" is the most commonly known word. Many literature experts come up with different examples and illustrations to explain the meaning, but let's explore the new dimension of it. The first important word in the definition of resilience is "Capacity". Well, there is a divine body, who had twin kids. She would keep one of them in her sacred vast lap, and the other in the safest place of this world, yes in her shelter-like arms. And if one of the kids would make her life difficult with endless cries and shrieks, she would swap their positions and the cycle would go on till both are asleep. More than a decade ago, a rather young and vibrant soul of mine in –teen years took a twist. In words of Rumi, “No, I’m not roaming aimlessly around the streets and bazaar. I’m a lover, searching for his beloved”. For the first time in my life, I were to travel to Lahore – a “crush” city for millions of us living hundreds of miles away from it. With unprecedented butterflies in my stomach, I set off towards, well dare I say, towards the “would-be, love of my life.” Just as we approached the marvel city, a unique giddy feeling started to creep in. At the moment, I brushed it off by thinking it was merely an excitement of finally getting to see Lahore. But it was more than that. I entered into this holy grail to never get out of it ever again.
